- Designed and built a web panel (React 19, Vite, Tailwind) for admins and superadmin, including worker views, and an Expo / React Native app for field crews — shift planning, workday and trips, absences, documents, payslips and bonuses.
- Built a Node.js / Express / TypeScript API on MongoDB: tenant isolation enforced in the service layer, JWT with token versioning, role-based access, TOTP MFA and step-up re-authentication, authenticated file access and WebSocket refresh events.
- 893 backend tests (integration tests on a real MongoDB) and 432 frontend tests; CI with a tenant-isolation suite, smoke test and Gitleaks secret scanning; OpenAPI 3 spec with 95 operations.
- Reached an advanced functional stage; deliberately archived before production deployment, with a recovery guide and documented technical debt.
